June 25, 2005   FAMILY FUN CENTER

We welcomed several new Kats and Kittens to our humble litter today, Lady Sophistakat (Tracey), Lady Siamese Kat (Debbie), Little Bo Calico Kitten (Kirsten), Princess Purrrfect Kitti (Callie), Princess Kitten Kaboodle (Michaela), Princess Kid E Kat (Jessica) and Princess Mei Mao (Kaitlyn).  Also in attendance today were Cleopurrrtra Queen of De’Nile (Faye), Miss Kitty (Miss Kitty), Queen of Vices, Scarlet O’Katta (Vonnie), Princess Purrsian Kitti (Christi), Kountess Katnip (Samantha), Sassy Kat Woman (Shawn), Princess Pink Panther (Brenda), Lady Felina (Vivian), Catpurrrnium (Debbie), and Dutchess Aristikat (Amy) 

Princess Pink Panther (Brenda) was our queen and planned a fabulous day at the Family Fun Center in Hendersonville for our June litter outing.   We met at 11:00 and everyone looked lovely in their Kasual attire.  This month we honored future kats and kittens and invited five (5) little princess pinkettes to join us for a day of food and fun.  You know it’s amazing that little girls don’t see all our wrinkles and rolls when we wear our glitter, feathers and hats.  This was a great opportunity to set a positive example for our pinkettes and surprise them with our playfulness and vitality.  We need to train these young ladies right – after all they will be the ones to keep this thing going!  And …. pushing our wheelchairs someday!!!  It was so much fun having them come and play with us today. 

We had several June birthdays in our litter this month, so we gave a big MEOW to Faye, Vonnie, Shawn, Jessica, and Vivian.  Princess Pink Panther made a very special birthday Kake.  It was a Kitty Litter Kake.  It was a delicious chocolate and yellow cake with crumbled cookies on top to look like kitty litter.  It even had authentic looking poopi in it – actually tootsie rolls and was in a big kat litter pan and served with a pooper scooper.  How cute was that!!!  Lady Siamese Kat (Debbie L.) brought some delicious ice cream to go with it which we couldn’t wait to get our paws on.  We each bowled a couple of games and ate lots of pizza (etc.).  Princess Pink Panther brought along a wrapped gift for each of us and as we were bowling we played a fun game of Dirty Litter.  Afterwards several kats and kittens enjoyed playing video games and ice skating.
