Walter Cleveland Evans was a great grandson of David and Betsy Evans. His father was the son of Phinehas Evans and Sarah A. Hutchison, son of David. His name was William Owen Evans and wife Alice Ann Powers. Walter was my grandmother Nora Evans Thorne's brother.
