I, R. A. Hodges, the within names testator, do hereby make and publish this to be my last will and testament bearing date the 10th day of January 1921 in manner following, to-wit: I do revoke the devise in my said last will and testament contained to my heirs. I want all my property both real and personal to be sold at my death and deed made to land by Executor.

First all my legal and just debts and Funeral expenses fully paid, then the rest to be evenly divided among my heirs. My wife Susie Hodges having childs part and grand children to have their parents part.

I do hereby ratify and confirm my said will in all other respect.

I want my son A. H. Hodges to be my executor.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 10th day of January 1921. R. A. (his mark) Hodges (Seal)

This is to certify that the foregoing instrument was at the date thereof signed, published and declared by R. A. Hodges the testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses hereto.

State of Tennessee, Sumner County Court - July Term - July 20th, 1922.

A paper writing purporting to be the last will and testament of R. A. Hodges, deceased, was this day produced in open Court for probate, when the same was duly proven by the oaths of C. W. Hodges and N. B. Perry, subscribing witnesses thereto and was adjudged to be and ordered recorded as the last will and testament of the said R. A. Hodges, deceased, and A. H. Hodges being named in said will as the executor thereof appeared in open Court and accepted the appointment and together with his securities in open Court entered into and acknowledged their bond payable to the State of Tennessee in the penal sum of Ten Thousand ($10, 000.00) Dollars, his securities being J. M. Brown, N. B. Perry, E. H. Parker, C. W. Hodges, W. C. Kirkham and Jas. W. Simpson, said bond being conditioned as the law requires and he was duly qualified and letters testamentary ordered issued to him.
