Robert Weakley Jr. and Jane his wife sold to __ Hodges, 115 Acres fo 45L on June 27, 1796, bounded by the lands of Sam'l Weakley, Wm. Steel and Wm. Carr (Halifax 16 p 613)(Halifax Co. deed 21 p 270) On Oct. a7, 1806 Jane Weakley, Stewart Fambrough, Wm. Steel and wife Polly of Davidson Co. Tenn sold to Robert Fambrough of Halifax Co. Va. the land given to Jane by will of her father, Robert Weakley, Senr., dec'd, 77 Acres for $100. Sam'l Weakley, Robert Heaton, James Hatfield and Isaac Harris were witnesses.
