Want to get death cert. for Jim and Cynthia and going to check if maybe they have one for Elizabeth....they didn't start keeping death cert. in TN. until 1914. I think maybe she may have one over there also....In some of the legal papers I got at the Court House in Trenton before she died , she took care of her grandchildren and made sure they got their share of that farm...The Irby Heirs was at the top of the papers....1908

His mother Alta died 11, Dec. 1910, This is one of the bad things you run into with all the research.... His grandparents raised him because Samuel was salesman, and traveled all over the state of Kansas....I don't believe , they want anything to do with the Irbys...Eliane I knew Samuel H. Irby, he was a kindly old gentleman. He was here visiting Daddy and Mother and us kids....I remember him very well...I was 12 years old...When he left and went back to Kansas he was in a auto accident and died from complication from the wreck....1963 he was 85,,,
2nd wife. Hazel Begley married 6 May 1918 , I don't know what happened to her.....

JOHN DANIEL IRBY (JAMES L. (JIM), SAMUEL H., WILLIAM MORGAN, SAMUEL JAMES, EDMUND, DR. ANTHONY, DR. JOSHUA, DR. WILLIAM) was born February 22, 1881 in Hope Hill, Gibson County, Tennessee and died December 31, 1966 in Hope Hill, Gibson County, Tennessee. He married MINNIE LEE REPLOGLE, daughter of THOMAS REPLOGLE and MAGGIE ROLLINS. She was born January 16, 1886.
JOHN DANIEL IRBY is buried at the Hope Hill Cemetery near Medina, Gibson County, Tennessee.
